The ZIP vest is a slightly fitted model and it has a high collar and a front zipper. The vest is without lining. The ZIP vest can also be made with sleeves (see other patterns which include the basic sleeve or two piece sleeve options).

RECOMMENDED FABRICS:
The pattern is designed for woven fabric types. Choose fabric that has some structure like denim, canvas, wool, faux leather or a sturdy twill weave. If you choose leather or faux leather, you will need seam tape to hold the seam allowance in place.
