The TIE WAIST blouse pattern features a pull-over blouse with long ties and a casing across the waist to be adjusted to your desired level of snugness. The CONE sleeve is a classic cone-shaped sleeve, and the STANDING collar pattern features a simple yet elegant collar design.

RECOMMENDED FABRICS:
The pattern is made primarily for woven fabrics. Avoid fabrics that fall too softly, and choose a fabric with a bit of structure. If you are in doubt about which fabric to choose, then fabrics such as poplin, woven viscose, lightweight denim and light- weight canvas all works well for this blouse.
