Either way, her round neckline, back cutout and fan effect will no doubt bring you plenty of compliments. Prefer a shorter version? Then skip some tiers and parade around in a short and wonderfully breezy summer dress. Another cute detail: the neckline is finished with bias tape that forms a bow on the back.
