The Moira Blouse Sewing Pattern has oversized sleeves and generous gathers at the neckline to create this romantic and lovely blouse or Dress. It has raglan sleeves, binding at the neckline, and narrow elastic at the end of the sleeves.
Make the Moira blouse with 1/2, 3/4, or 7/8-length sleeves, and you can create a blouse or a tiered Dress in mini, midi, or maxi lengths.
