The Maisie Maxi Skirt is a flowy tiered skirt with an elasticated waist for ease and comfort. The skirt features optional pockets and a drawstring. This pattern has a simple design, making it perfect for beginners or first-time sewists. Elastic: 4cm/1.5” wide elastic
Fabric suggestions:
Use a light to medium-weight woven fabric such as washed linen, crinkle linen, cotton or linen rayon blend. The fabric used will affect the overall look of the skirt. A light weight, drapey fabric such as rayon will create a soft, flowy skirt, whereas a stiffer fabric will create a voluminous, more structured silhouette.
