Imen is a mid-season skirt that can be sewn from summer to winter only by changing the length or fabric. Fitted at the waist and hips, the skirt flares to draw a flattering silhouette. The slit and buttons on the left front give the skirt a bohemian look.

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS (For a width of 140cm):

  • 34 - 40 = 1.8 m
  • 42 - 52 = 2 m

SUPPLIES: 

  • Fusible (iron-on) interfacing for the facings
  • 13 buttons (approx. 1 cm diameter)

RECOMMENDED FABRIC: The skirt in the photos was made in satin crepe, but you could use many other fabrics for this style, such as crepe, viscose, silk, gabardine, jersey, or poplin. Choose a fabric with nice drape.
