The Humla Romper is the perfect piece to wear on a hot summer day and looks amazing on both pregnant and non-pregnant people. Upon first glance, it looks like a short dress, but the fact that it is a romper makes it that much more comfortable to wear, with no risk of flashing anyone! It has generous ease and feels so airy, like nothing is touching you!

The Humla has elastic in the upper bust channel to make it easy to fit. It also has an optional low-support bralette to feel more secure or hold breastfeeding pads in place. The bralette has a dart that reduces extra bulk if you wear it on its own, but that dart is also optional. To make the pattern beginner-friendly, skip installing the pockets and bralette. View A is a romper, View B is a top, View C is just the bralette.

Skill level: Intermediate (Beginner if skipping the pockets & bralette)

Sizing: XS to 5XL (Bust 32"-57" / 79-145cm)

Fabric suggestions: The Humla Romper is made for woven fabrics and feels especially good in mid-weight linen. Other favourites include seersucker for the ultimate summer feel, cotton poplin for a crisp and billowy silhouette, or any rayon/tencel for a beautiful drape. Good Fibre Compositions include: Rayon/Tencel/Lyocell, Linen, Cotton & Silk. Good weaves include twill, Challis, Crepe, seersucker, and plain weaves.
