Gaïa is a classic button-up shirt enhanced by puffed sleeves. This shirt is an excellent staple for practising collar and cuff assembly, as well as sewing a sleeve slit binding. Gaïa can be made in a wide range of fabrics, have fun with it!

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS (For a width of 140cm):
- 34 - 38 = 1.5 m
- 40 - 52 = 1.7 m
SUPPLIES:
- Fusible interfacing
- 9 shirt buttons (approx. 11 mm diameter)
- 12 shirt buttons (approx. 11 mm diameter)
- Approximately 40 cm of bias binding (you can make your own self-fabric bias binding)
RECOMMENDED FABRIC:
The shirt in the photos was made in a crepe, but many other fabrics are suitable, such as: satin, chiffon, silk, chambray, cotton, poplin, viscose or broderie anglaise.
