The Ballet Bow Skirt is the definition of simple, classic and feminine. The elastic waistband makes this an easy-to-sew staple for seasoned makers and a perfect starting project for beginners. Two dramatic side slits are secured with fully functioning bows. Constructed from simple rectangles and finished with self-contained seams, this skirt does not require a printed pattern or serger. The lengths, side slit size and bow placements are all suggestions. Please use this pattern as a guideline and jumping-off point to create the skirt of your dreams. Plié away!
