Cotton Lyocell Drill - White is a versatile cotton lyocell drill fabric that combines the durability of cotton with the softness and drape of lyocell. Its delicate twill weave creates a subtle surface texture, while the gently washed finish gives the fabric a relaxed appearance.
Made from 46% cotton and 54% lyocell, this medium-weight fabric balances structure and comfort. At 228gsm, it has enough body for tailored garments while retaining the softer drape needed for comfortable everyday clothing.
The white colour gives this lyocell drill fabric a clean, versatile finish. It works well for summer-weight trousers such as chinos, pull-on pants and shorts. It is also suitable for structured dresses, skirts, jackets and bags where you want durability with a softer feel.
This cotton lyocell twill has no stretch, making it best suited to sewing patterns designed for non-stretch woven fabrics. Its approximately 150cm width provides useful coverage for garment pieces and larger sewing projects.
Machine wash at 30°C and use a warm iron if needed. Do not tumble dry. With estimated shrinkage of 5% to 7%, pre-wash the fabric before cutting and sewing.
