Marimekko - Putkinotko - Organic Cotton
Bought together
This heavyweight cotton fabric features the Putkinotko pattern by Maija Isola, the artist behind the classic Unikko Print.
Maija Isola designed the Putkinotko fabric in 1957 as part of the Luonto series, in which real plants were used to create photogram-like prints. Putkinotko features wild angelica whose leaves have already withered away, leaving behind the stalk and the semi-spherical seed heads.
This fabric is printed in Helsinki and uses 100% organic cotton.
