Louise can be made as either a blouse or a dress that sits just above the knee. It has a yoke in the front tip, a back opening and a double ruffled collar (or, of course, it can be made without a collar, too). There are options for long sleeves with cuffs or flared short sleeves, as well as for mini ruffles at the armhole and a back ruffle.
Age range: 3 to 12 years
Skill Level: Beginner (without collar and short sleeves) - Advanced (with collar)
