Cotton Jersey - Silver & White Stripe

Beautiful fabric (lilac cotton rib). Arrived very promptly.

Love the rich deep green. Am looking forward to making a lightweight jacket from this.

Thrilled with recent purchase of stretch corduroy and good eath jersey from maaidesigns. I have already washed and sewn up the cord and it is very soft and warm. Excellent result. The thread matching was spot on. Also I appreciated the couple of sample fabric included in my delivery and would be more confident in ordering these fabrics in future. Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Great choice of fabrics on their website.

I have not made this fabric up yet but I have washed (in the washing machine) and dried it (not in the drier) and it came out beautifully. I did not see any shrinkage or change in the look of the fabric. It did not pill or felt. It feels like a fine wool knit with a slight cottony feel and I will be making it into a lightweight sweater. It will be suitable for mid season wear in Sydney Australia and also great for under jackets for winter because it is not bulky. It would also be suitable for warm t shirts, possibly long sleeved. I tend to get a bit sweaty and itchy with wool fabric against my skin so this will be a perfect solution for me. The colour was very similar to the colour depicted on the website while viewed on my iPad and the fabric was delivered promptly. I’m very happy with the service and the quality of fabric.
