Fifi | Tilly and The Buttons
With the Fifi pattern you can sew your own delicate camisole and shorts set, lovely for lounging in at home or wearing to bed.
The camisole is cut on the bias to create a flowing shape, with soft pleated cups, gently shaped princess seam back and bias binding straps. The shorts have a narrow stitched-in elastic waistband and cheeky curved hems.
A treat for stitchers looking to advance their skills, the instructions will walk you through techniques for sewing bias cut fabric, creating binding and finishing the insides with impressive French seams.
Like all Tilly and the Buttons sewing patterns, Fifi includes jargon-busting instructions, handy sewing tips, and colour photos showing you each step – helping you to create gorgeous clothes you can be proud to say you made yourself.
You’ll receive a gorgeous printed package containing full-scale pattern sheets and a colour instruction booklet.

FABRIC SUGGESTIONS - Lightweight drapey fabrics that feel nice against the skin, such as cotton lawn, voile, viscose (rayon) or silk satin. Best to avoid directional prints as the camisole is cut on the bias and the shorts on the straight grain.

As always, fabulous service and WONDERFUL fabric! I was so excited that I got to sew up my sweat almost straight away rather than just adding to my stash! I hope its not too long til I can make myself some pj's!
As always happy with the product. As per usual, friendly service. It is a pleasure to shop at MaaiDesign.
package arrived very quickly and the fabric i got was super soft and lovely - the only small (or big depending on how you see it!) is the colour for the off beetle green is a lot brighter in real life, at least to me, maybe it's my monitor it's a little bit kermit the frog! so will need to change the pattern i was going to use to something with a lower neckline, so the colour isn't too close to the face as i have a feeling the fabric is such high quality it probably won't fade with washing!
