Bamboo knit fabric.

This heavier bamboo has a bit more structure and is slightly thicker than our regular bamboo jerseys.

This fabric is very soft, very drapey and has a slight sheen on the right side giving it a luxurious look and feel.

It is also breathable making this fabric a dream to wear.

Suitable for: tops, sleepwear, dresses, cardigans.

Colour: Black

Matching Gütermann thread: 000

Fabric Composition: 92% Bamboo + 8% Spandex

Width: ~150cm 

Weight: 265g/m2 (light)

Drape: fluid/ drapey

Stretch: 50% crossgrain, 30% lengthwise

Opacity: Opaque

Care: Gentle cold wash - do not tumble dry - dry away from direct sunlight.

Shrinkage: 3%

Saffron bamboo and matching thread

Excellent service and swift delivery. I am very pleased to have found a Victorian supplier of bamboo interlock. As I've aged I have found that RTW garments do not fit me as they used to. I have not grown taller nor have my shoulders gotten wider. I am also in the process of eliminating all polyester fabrics from my wardrobe and choosing sustainable fabrics for my future garments. This means returning to garment sewing after years of quiltmaking. I was very disappointed with the fabrics in the mainstream stores and buying online is fraught with danger. I have no problem recommending this fabric I purchased from you. I am happy so support an Australian supplier, Thank you.
